Melbourne based ad agency BMF have launched an innovative fundraising initiative to help provide aid for disaster stricken Japan.
The idea is simple, when in a Japanese restaurant, customers will be asked to donate $2 for the use of their chopsticks, creating a simple mechanism to raise more funds. Kits of posters and collecting tins have been made and sent out and used in over 100 restaurants across 5 states!
All proceeds go to the Australian Red Cross Japan and Pacific Disaster Appeal 2011
